Amazon Orders

If you purchased your Wolfstone product through Amazon, all returns, refunds, and exchanges are handled through Amazon in accordance with Amazon’s return policy.

To start a return, please log in to your Amazon account, go to Your Orders, and follow Amazon’s return instructions.

Future Direct Orders

When direct purchases become available through our website, eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

* Unused and in their original condition
* Returned with all original packaging and accessories

Items showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or products returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@wolfstonegear.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
