Other products may be fulfilled directly by Wolfstone or through another carrier or fulfillment provider.

Shipping charges, available methods, estimated delivery times, address requirements, delays, lost shipments and other delivery matters are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated to be guaranteed.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact support@wolfstonegear.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or cancelled once it has entered fulfillment, been transmitted to a fulfillment provider or been shipped.

Any cancellation rights required by applicable law remain unaffected.

Customers must contact Wolfstone before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return authorization, instructions and destination.

Because fulfillment methods vary, customers should not return a Wolfstone website order to Amazon, an Amazon fulfillment center, AB Ventures USA LLC or another address unless Wolfstone has provided or approved that return destination.
